I am visiting Kerala for work and it has completely destroyed hope in my eyes and has instilled fear.
Here there are churches and Mosques on every corner.
All these churches and mosques use Hindu elements and cultural practice in thier architechture and cunning conversion practices.
School children doing plays mocking Puranas, Shiva and Krishna. All children being injected with venom.
I feel I am living in the most unholy place.How did it come to this?
I feel solance only when I visit Guruvayur temple. I also get very angry on how Krishna Let this happen when he himself is present as Guruvayurappan!
What should I do? I am Chanting 16 rounds and following 4 regulative principles. But still I am filled with fear and hopelessness.
What can be done in such circumstance. At this rate, Hindus will be prosecuted in Bharat bhumi.

We need this now more than ever. Will Krishna wait till there are only a few 100 devotees left and rest all killed, in order to appear again? I feel this is cruel.

when we do a small vaishnava aparadh also we can fall down at any point and become attracted to mayavaad.

Have faith in Krishna. That Krishna is watching all this and is giving punishments then and there.
Ek Kahavat hai. Maarne wale ka danda nahi dikhta hai.
Maar Kaun raha hai aur laati kahan se padh rahi hai woh nahi dikhta hai
Every Karma you do or other do...is recorded and when time comes these people are suffering with unknown diseases and problems.

Everyday we are facing some problems in life. But somehow we are saved out of all difficulties and we are coming out of problems ( How is this possible?)
We are saved by Lord as we are surrendered to HIM ( but we don't recognise that we are saved by HIM )
whenever I am going out.. there is a fear will I get home safely today? I do get home safely it is because of Lord Sri Krishna saving us from all hurdles that are coming in between. JUST THAT WE FORGOT TO PRAISE HIM FOR HOW HE SAVED US!!! WE think We are great that we are saved simply because our own capabilities.
Similarly, those who do sinful karma.. are facing various health problems and mental disorders and childless problems and property loss etc. Many ways they suffer ( Just that they don't see that Who is giving punishments in what ways).
Karma once you do it has always its sideffects good or bad, and as it is Kaliyuga it is said .. that Instant results we beget.
Krishna in the form of time will give them the answer.
So, remove the fear, Krishna is already there and is working with us. But just that we cannot see HIM, It doesn't mean HE Is somewhere else busy and not taking care of us?

No, the next scheduled appearance of avatar is at end of kali yuga ,when almost zero devotees are left.

Please read books authored by Srila Prabhupada like Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam. And ofcourse continue to chant Hare Krsna.

There was a time in this Kaliyuga, when whole of Bharata bhumi was Buddhist. There was a time in this Kaliyuga, when majority of residents in Bharata bhumi were rampantly killing animals and eating animals. This is all due to effect of Kaala, Time. Hindu is not an eternal identity, it is an external identity. Before bhuddhism, in India, there were only Hindus, only Hindu temples, What were those peple doing ? they were simply killing animals. Being Hindu, making temples is all external. It will not solve the real problems of life by themselves. Ravana, Hiranyakashipu, Kamsa worshipped Shiva, Brahma & Durga respectively. They created more trouble than ordinary atheists.
Real problems and real solutions have to be understood.
But still I am filled with fear and hopelessness.
This is understandable. But this means we are yet to take shelter of Sri Krsna. When a person feels the shelter of Sri Krsna, even if the whole world is atheistic, cruel, vengeful, we will feel safe and blissful. Example : Prahlad.
We cannot stop the rain, but we can protect ourselves from the rain. We cannot change the course of Time. We can transform ourselves, with very simple process of bhakti and exit from material world altogether never to be born.

You are right Prahlad Maharaj was in a worse situation than we find ourselves.
But that also means being ready to die at any moment. Having no fear of death, which is difficult to develop. This might be a reflection of how much more progress I have yet to make and properly surrender to Krishna.
I am also reading Krishnabook & Bhagvatam every night 15-30 mins before sleeping. It helps me to sleep better and not get nightmares.

This is excellent prabhu ! Absorption in leela of Sri Krsna is the solution demonstrated by King Parikshit. He was fully capable of killing Kali, yet he didn't. He instead absorbed himself in Sri Krsna Katha.
But that also means being ready to die at any moment.
That is the nature of the material world. Death will come for sure, but we don't know when. Whether there are religious structures in Kerala or not, death will come. Even if there are only Hindu temples in on the planet, death will come. Being distrubed by the situation in Kerala is natural for anyone, But the consequent action of this observation should be internal absorption in Sri Krsna, because even if external situation changes and internal absorption doesn't, it is a failure of human life.
Having no fear of death, which is difficult to develop.
But our goal is not to develop fearlessness of death. Our goal is to be absorbed in Krsna consciousness. Fearless of death is free by product of absorption in Krsna consciousness. Our only goal should be to be absorbed in Sri Krsna kirtan, Krsna katha, Krsna seva etc. Dhruva Maharaj stepped on the death
When Dhruva Mahārāja was attempting to get on the transcendental plane, he saw death personified approach him. Not caring for death, however, he took advantage of the opportunity to put his feet on the head of death, and thus he got up on the airplane, which was as big as a house.(SB 4.12.30)
