Hare krishna devotees, all glories to Srila Prabhupada
Devotees I feel attraction towards Lord Vishnu, I do lord vishnu chants, I wanted to ask is there any sakhya rasa which is same like that of Lord krishna and cowherds that soul can enjoy with lord narayan in vaikuntha ?? I desire that relationship with lord Vishnu in Vaikuntha but I have only heard of Sakhya rasa between Lord krishna and cowherds boys, I want that same relationship with Lord Vishnu? If yes can you give examples of some saints who worshipped Lord Vishnu like a friend.

Is it possible for developing relationship with Lord Vishnu in Vaikuntha like Sakhya rasa?
Not possible.
In Vaikuntha Lord is in His office like a boss and the devotees are all doing dasya (serving the Lord).
Can you be friendly with your boss?
Try if you can put ur arm on boss and see at your work place there should be a boss. Try and become friendly let us see.
There is maryada of the office we cannot display this type of openly displaying personal relationship with Lord.
Because if that Boss or Master position is revered and respected by all and HE has to maintain that status. At home maybe when the boss goes back to HIS home ( that is Braj or Goloka) you can display all sorts of affections.
Haan, If the devotee desires Lord can do anything for him or her.
But are you so much great in position is the question?
Like when Lord Sri Krishna was in Dwarika HE was displaying Opulence. He was a King. There was this Uddhav who was his friend and consellor and was having relationship to Lord as well.
But Uddhav was very close friend of Lord during Dwaika leela.
Even Arjuna was cousin + sakhya rasa
If you want to have sakhya when Lord is displaying 4 arm form I guess it is tough but not impossible.
Tumhare liye Woh kuch bhi kar sakte hai Aditya Prabhu.
But make sure you stand up to that level to be able to become friend to Lord Sri Vishnu.
It is not tough for Lord to create a position for you... maybe for 1 min of Lord's time He can create a special post of friend for exclusive you.
Desire strong ho jaaye tho kuch bhi ho sakta hai.
Desire + living upto the level
Just desiring without any effort for that -- you cannot achieve anything.
Well...
Lord Sri Narayan was prayed by Prasni ad Sutapa. Isn't it ? to be born as son to these couple 3 times.
Bhagwan who is unborn took the form of their son 3 times as they wished for it.
Is this impossible to happen? NO it is not impossible
But are you so great as Prasni and Sutapa?
If you are great and you put in the sufficient effort and do rigourously chanting and become most perfected being. Lord can create a special post for you not a big thing for Lord.
Wish karne maatra se kuch nahi hoga..
I can wish I want to become that this .. but I must put in sufficient effort also.

There is one person I remember who in kaliyuga got the attention of Lord Sri Vishnu and he was in sakhya rasa

whose was a saint who used to live on the hills of the Tirumala.

here the story of this devotee who became friend to Lord. Lord played Dice game with this devotee and Lord lost all his gold jewellery even clothes also to this devotee in the game.. finally Lord even placed HIS ring to play the game. The ring was HIS engagement/ nuptial ring .. LOL! Lord Lord everything in the game. People thought he was mad saying He used to call Lord and Lord came to play game of dice with him. But then when they found the ring of Lord. .. they told Hathirama Baba ji stole it from the main temple. And how the devotee was saved by LORD is the story worth reading.

The various rasas mentioned by Radha Mataji are ways in which pure devotees of the lord who have perfected their sadhana bhakti and attained the stage of Prema, serve the lord.
First one has to purify mind, senses before imagining relationship with Sri Krsna or Sri Vishnu.
For purification of mind we should chant the Holy names of the lord.

In Vaikuntha planets, we can get the 5 types of mukti - liberation - saarupya, saalokya, saamipya, saayujya and saarsti - same form as lord, same planet as lord, staying close to lord, merging into the brahman effulgence of the lord and having same opulences as the lord, respectively.
5 types of relationships with the lord (primary rasas) are:
Santa, Dasya, Sakhya, Vatsalya and Madhurya - passive, servant, friend, parental and conjugal, respectivey.
It's your choice, which bhaav you want to develop.
