They say NASA is lying about the shape of the Earth and it's revolution around the SUN.
There are flat earthers , who claim Earth is not a globe. They always ridicule NASA.
They say, if Earth rotates around SUN, with it's great oceans and rivers , it will be utter destruction.
And all the photographs of planet Earth from space are fake. All the space programmes are fake. Austronauts are actors.
I have seen arguments among devotees on internet.
some devotees support flat earth, and others the globe theory.
Our puranas and Bhagavatham say, SUN is moving around mount Sumeru contrary to modern theory.
Seems, Bhagavatham supports old geocentric theory.
I am wondering, even if NASA is lying , is India's ISRO and other countries like Russia, Japan also lying ?
And why do all these countries need to propagate false theories ?
I am also wondering, if satellites are fake, How are google maps working ?

In Hindi/ Sanskrit, the word for geography is "Bhugol" - Bhu means earth and gol means round. It is not "Bhu Takth". Takht being flat. I think that is enough to answer your questions. Not getting into further arguments. You already know the rest.

From my pov this issue is a waste of time. Kali yuga is full of false theories because "the powers that be" are asuric.

Other varshas inaccessible.
If so, is arcitic himalaya ? What about Himalaya of kashmir ?
