I clicked on the Astrology poster(Anantha Astro Solution) on this website and filled the details but it opend a new site Clickastro. Is it Authentic? Can I use and trust it for Full and Detailed Horoscope information?

Iskcon Desire Tree cannot guarantee authenticity of their services. They just advertise on IDT. This does not mean they are not authentic. Users need to do their own due deligence and IDT is not responsible for any shortfall in their services. To be on safe side, please treat them like any other adverisements unless otherwise stated.
