One cannot go for kids just for the sake of begetting KC Kids... because many are in initial stages of devotion and lack purity. So if the parents posses lust, greed, pride etc. the consciousness will have effect on newborn.

As a matter of fact, boys from devotee family very seldom join Brahmachari Ashram. This is mainly because parents puff them up with 'you are a devotee', 'you are already serving Krishna to your fullest'. I have a friend who grew up in Gurukul Vrindavan and, to say, he was not very impressed with children from devotee families.

By Giving birth to a human child, it is giving the child a chance to practice Krishna consciousness...the child which is being born might have suffered in so many animal bodies..but now finally it is getting the birth in a human form, by giving birth you are doing a great service to the child by giving it a human body. So the duty of the parents is to give the child a favourable environment for practicing Krishna Consciousness and go back home back to Godhead.

Child suffers because of his/her own karma. And it does not mean that if we do not give birth to a child that child will go to Spiritual world and won't take birth in other parent's womb. No.

Only that soul takes birth from us who already has to come to this world and suffer some sufferings and feel some happiness. It is not our karma.

But we will benefit child if by giving him/her birth and by training him in such a way so that he won't take birth again in this world.

It is better for a lady rather than being childless.

One point that we took this female body says that our nature is to be mothers. And Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita that one has to do his own duty even though with less quality rather than doing others'.

That soul will take birth from us or from others. As like again, Krishna told to Arjuna you act as like my instrument because i already killed them you have to act as like my instrument. Even if Arjuna did not killed them they will be killed by some other means. It is their own karma.

Mother do not cause pain for a child by giving human body on the contrary it is for his benefit. But mother can even help to stop this cycle of birth and death.

I wish a soul can so easily break the cycle of birth and death by just not letting them come through our womb.

A soul who has not realized it's identity as a servant and eternal lover of Lord Krishna will and have to take birth from some womb.

Nothing is impossible for Krishna, if not our womb then somebody else's.

Have we not heard about so many teenagers in-spite using all kind of protection against sex still give birth to babies . And many of such unwanted babies are thrown out in the dustbin like a trash. Really, in US I heard this in one of the news channel of how a new born baby was found alive in a Dustbin.

On the other hand there are many women out there who cry tears of blood wanting to have a baby but still they don't conceive or become pregnant. Out of desperation some of them commit suicide or have a baby by other means like surrogate mother etc..

We think that its in our hand whether to give birth or abort a soul to come to this world. NO.. Nothing is in our hand . Only thing that is in our hand is to DESIRE whether BAD(demonic) OR GOOD(divine) which Krishna always fulfills irrespectively in some way or the other.

no Mataji, do give birth to a child or to do abort is in our own hand.

If one does not want a children then let them do not conceive them. We do not have right to kill a person within us.

And also our desire should be along with our efforts.

When we endeavor to have nice child by doing nice spiritual practice then only Krishna will concern our desires.
