I have been practising Krishna Coniousness for the past six years. Sincerely chanting 16 rounds and following all the regulative principles. I live in Kolkata. I desire to get initiated by HH Radha Govind Das Goswami Maharaj. I deeply assosciate Srila Maharaj as my spiritual father and greatly inspired by his Bhagvatam classes and preaching. How do I approach him. If he accepts me for being under his shelter, how can I get his accessibiity? What happens in this case when the disciple is from a distant location?
Please help me with the entire process of how I can take shelter of Maharaj.

PAMHO.
For taking initiation, you have to approach the local ISKCON temple. Please visit Albert Road temple and ask that you want to be initiated. If you are already part of any bhakti vriksha, then approach your bhakti vriksha leader.
To take initiation, you need a recommendation letter from the local ISKCON temple. There will be standard requirement of all temples - giivng written exam, given interview and then interview from the team of your initiating guru. Plus every guru can have his own requirements.

Very nice to know that you have been chanting 16 rounds and following regulative principles and want to get initiated as well.
You can write an email to the concerned maharaj ji expressing your idea to get initiation.
Maybe get in touch with the local temple and request a senior devotee for getting the email id of maharaj ji.
You can request in the email how to get in touch personally to take darshan and iniitation and how is it possible for long distance contact with maharaj.
