How to tolerate the intensity of separation?

Hare Krishna devotees

Please accept my humble obeisances

Separation cannot be tolerated by Srimati Radharani even for a moment. She suffers even from closing Her eyes. The creator has made eyes blink so that there is an obstacle to seeing the beloved.

[The gopis said,] " When you go off to the forest during the day, a tiny fraction of a second becomes like a millenium for us because we cannot see you. And even when we can eagerly look upon your beautiful face, so lovely with its adornment of curly locks, we think the creator was foolish in making eyelids. "

      • You should feel ashamed for yourself. Hari Hari.

          • If “what is” were the final truth, then why would Krishna spend 18 chapters teaching Arjuna to rise above his lower nature?

By your logic, even Arjuna should’ve said, “Krishna, what is… is reality, so I’ll just drop my bow and sulk.”

But he didn’t. He accepted that “what should be” according to Krishna is higher than “what is” according to our mind.

Shame is not the problem, stubbornness is. And when someone proudly says they’re not ashamed, it usually means the ego is wearing sunglasses at night and calling it enlightenment.

Krishna’s path is bhakti. Your “what is” is just a mental gymnastics dressed as philosophy.

Reality begins when the mind bows. Not when it argues. Hari Hari.

            • When you depend on logic based on human intelligence, it is possible that your conclusion will be refuted by a more skillful logician from another place or at another time. Due to the inconclusiveness of logic, you cannot be liberated.

Sruti says that Brahman is beyond logic:

' naisa tarkena matir apaneya proktanyenaiva sujnanaya prestha '

This knowledge cannot be achieved by logic. O dear one! It should be taught by another person in order to be understood properly. (Katha Upanisad 1.2.9)

Logic which supports sruti is given regard, for sruti says mantavyah: Brahman is the object of reasoning. (Brhad-aranyaka Upanisad 4.5)

Reasoning which determines the meaning by resolving all contradictions with previous and later statements is correct argumentation. Arguementation should reject dry logic. (Kurma Purana)

              • Beautiful verses, but you seem to be firing them like arrows without noticing where they land.

You’re saying logic is inconclusive, great, we agree. But then you present… more logic, more quotations, more argument, and more intellectual fencing. It’s like lecturing someone about fasting while chewing prasadam.

Sruti says Brahman is beyond logic, but it doesn’t say Brahman is reached by debate championships.

The Upaniṣad verse you quoted says the knowledge must be received from a realized person, not extracted by clever word-juggling. Simply collecting ślokas like trophies doesn't turn knowledge into realization.

You are presenting “dry logic” in order to prove that dry logic is useless, that’s like pouring water to show water is wet.

When someone argues constantly while claiming logic is futile, then the only person doing “dry logic” is the one preaching against it.

The real point is simple: If logic alone cannot liberate, then quoting logic-heavy verses without bhakti does not liberate either. Sruti, Smṛti, Purāṇa, all of them say the same conclusion: Bhaktyā mām abhijānāti, Only through bhakti is the Supreme known. Hari Hari.

                • I am doing my share of bhakti to understand the Supreme Lord. Since before you were born.

        • How can Krishna enjoy amorous pastimes without any lusty propensity?

Aur yeh ' lust ' aaya kahaan se in the first place if it was not there in Him?

No doubt Krishna was able to conquer His lust before He gave the sermon of Bhagavad-gita but I am not talking about that.

            • saaf saaf bolo

              Kya bolna chahti ho?

              • When Gaurav prabhu said this is a nice question we can know what our swaroopa is if Krishna comes suddenly how we react it shows our swaroop? I really felt Oh aisa bhi ho sakta hai kya? chalo dekte hai sab kya bol denge fata fat.. Jaise mann main aaya waise.

                Maine bhi try kiya tha.

                mujhe alag hi mehsoos hua.

                • aur tum toh gopi ho orginally candi gopi
