Hare krishna to all the vaishnavas,
please accept my humble obeisances,
As we all know the anarthas are present in each & every living entity.same is the case with me.I have the problem to too much LUST present in me.After coming to krishna consciousness when I did introspection or self analysis I came upon the conclusion that I have problem regarding lust and lusty desires. These are strictly undesirable for a devotee to advance in krishna consciousness.
So, give me the advise & suggestions as early as possible.I am ready to take any step to eradicate this bad habit because I am serious about advancement in krishna consciousness.

Anartha or unwanted thing consists of lust, greed, anger, pride, envy and illusion. Among them Lust is foremost, which give arises to others . Removing the Anartha is called anartha-nivritthi. There is a gradual scientific process as led down by Shastra and Acharyas to remove the Anartha. There are 9 processes , in which anartha Nivritti comes in stage four, One step is depend on the previous step.
1. sraddha: faith
From your question it seems that you have faith thats why you came in Krishna Consciousness. So first step done.
2. sadhu-sanga: association with devotees
Next is sadhu-sanga, association of devotees. It is very important to progress. without this next step is not possible. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu saying:
sadhu-sanga, sadhu-sanga — sarva-sastre kaya
lava-matra sadhu-sange sarva-siddhi haya
“The verdict of all revealed scriptures is that by even a moment’s association with a pure devotee, one can attain all success.”
Then comes Bhajana Kriya.
3. bhajana-kriya: performance of devotional service
Bhajana Kriya consists of Yama (dont's ) and Niyama (Do's) . This is the most important part for a sadhaka to attain the next stage that is Anartha nivritti ( wipe out all unwanted things , including lust).
Bhajana Kriya Includes.
Do's
1. 16 round chanting attentively and daily without deviation
2. SP's Book reading daily
3. carry out the order of your counsellor in temple if not initiated, if initiated then of Guru.
4. Try to attain mangala arati, its very very very powerful
5. listen lectures.
6. Take prasadam
Dont's
1. No meat-eating, including onion , garlic strictly No No!
2 . No intoxication
3. No illicit sex (Not talking with opposite sex before marriage without any definite needs)
4. No Gambling
5. Not associating with Non-Devotees except needed.
6. No movies, Karmi songs etc.
If you are strictly following the above steps then only removal of lusty desire is possible, else not.
4. anartha nivrtti: decreasing of unwanted attachments
5. nistha: steadiness
6. ruci: taste
7. asakti: attachment
8. bhava: love
9. prema: pure love for Krsna
Now check the step three which I have mentioned, are you following properly, if yes then lust will go in few days, if not lust will attack. Because Lust comes from the mode of passion, as long as we donot eradicate the mode of passion from our system , its not possible to overcome lust, the above process raise us from passion and ignorance to mode of goodness , then lust dosen't create problem for us.
Tips:
1. Associate with devotees more and more
2. Do Kirtan with Devotees.
3. Be Conscious of what you are eating, avoid outside food, onion garlic strictly, food affects our consciousness.
4. Try to attain mangal arati.
5. Avoid opposite sex and people who talks about opposite sex, avoid magazine, internet, newspaper, Tv. These are breeding ground of promoting lust.
Hope this will help

Hare krishna prabhuji,
I am living in a hostel thus onion & garlic cannot be avoided, ya I will be doing chanting 16 rounds, lecture hearing & reading SP books daily. In such a situation association with different people(karmis) cannot be avoided, I'll never be involved in their talks. In such case please tell me how to at-least curb down lust because association of devotees will not be continuous.so, please guide me.

Ayush
once i also used to stay at the hostel Prabhuji, and was told to eat non veg and plus they did not allow us to cook something at the hostel. And i had to eat only dairy foods, nuts, dry fruits, fruits...
For this time it is Your austerity.
As Radhanath Maharaj told that in previous ages men used to do austerities for many years in the forests but modern day austerities are studying at the institutions and staying at the hostels.
As like in previous ages sages used to eat roots and fruits so we have to do so for some years if there is no any option.
And it is ok. it will make You stronger.
Onion and garlic makes us to think that we are this body. And food in our life is very important. All the austerities start from tongue.
Your servant,

Being in fire and still not burnt , its not possible. Gunas (modes of nature) affects us, we can be either under control of Gunas or under control of Krishna. When we take Onion , Garlic and associate with Karmis we unconsciously taking the mode of passion and ignorance in our system. Lust Originates from passion. Onion, garlic and association of Karmis (where rampant talks on opposite sex happens) both have influence of passion, and mind captures it through association of these things. Thus its inevitably generate lusty thoughts in mind. Its unavoidable.
So the remedy is to try to be in ISKCON bace rather than hostel. When we are not conscious of what we are eating and whom we are associating Chanting 16 rounds will also be not easy. The system need total purification to throw out lust.
what you can do
You can atleast stop taking non-veg.
Association need to be minimum with Karmis, No internet site rather than Devotional site, no news paper, no karmi song, no movies, no magazine.
But the problem is you need positive engagement, which you are lacking as you said to restrain yourself from all the above things. And pray to Krishna thus He can arrange positive environment for you to progress in devotional service.
