I tried to download latest version of VEDABASE i.e 2003, but unfortunately I could get only pre-1978 edition.
so, kindly help me to suggest the URL or website of the software.so that I can download it.

hare krsna , vedabase 2003 software is not free it is for sale .. but u can dowload vedabase demo software and install it , u can get all books in it ...

Initially I had this one but it is only offline web pages (It not What Preacher Prabhuji's use)
you can't search in it, (any ways when I downloaded its password was the prime reason for his advent )
I think what Prabhuji is asking for is that software where you can search offline.
I forgot from where I Downloaded but they were together.
2003 or 2011 are not versions of software, it is same for both, Folio Viewer.
2003 and 2011 are 2 different files (database), what we open with that software.
