I'm no expert but sometimes one's mental health is connected to one's physical health. Too much screen time , too much in doors one's body and mind becomes sluggish and it's easy to lose concentration.
Think to go for a walk twice a day for half an hour . Do some stretching drink plenty of water .
you will feel more energized when you go back to work/study.
And remember dont take the illusion too seriously ;)
I understand how challenging it can be to regain focus and motivation, especially with exams approaching. It's common to experience periods of distraction and procrastination, but it's important to remember that you can overcome this. Sometimes, seeking help can make a significant difference. For example, using a criminology assignment writing service can lighten your load, allowing you to concentrate on other important study areas. By breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps and setting clear goals, you can gradually rebuild your discipline and get back on track. Stay positive and remember that it's never too late to make a change. You’ve got this!
Thankyou Mataji 🙏🏻
Hare KRsna Prabhu,
PAMHO.
What made you distracted?
There is no choice, exams are close. So you have to study and do well.
Maybe you tie up with friends, so that you discuss on daily basis how much each has studied everyday. This could be short 15 min call at a pre set time. This way you will be able to keep pace with your peer group.
What is the reason for demotivation and for distraction? That has to be addressed. If no time, then simply get to studying. Later we will analyse and see how to help you.

Lately I am facing the same problem, I chant mahamantra daily but my mind is not under my control, I am dealing with extreme overthinking, anxiety and fear of something worst happening, it was just overthinking first but now thr thoughts are becoming suicidal , please mataji guide me on how can I conquer my fears and control my mind into thinking positive thoughts.
Hare Krishna
If the problem worsens during chanting and other spiritual activities, the source may not be your conditioned nature but an outside influence, a subtle attached entity or something similar. Chant 21 times in one sitting the prayer of Avalokitesvara (Mahayana form of Laksmi) to Hari-Hara (a combined form of Visnu and Siva) called Mahakarunika citta dharani or Nilakantha dharani. It has a long article on en wiki and many versions in Sanskrit, Tibetan and Chinese are found on YT.
