Just got back from a camping trip and wanted some indoor fun to unwind. Thought an online casino could keep the adventure going. Found Rocket Casino , an Aussie site with a cool space vibe and tons of slots and live games. It’s got top security and accepts heaps of currencies. The welcome spins were a nice touch. By the way, it’s perfect for chilling with some galactic gaming action!
I arrived in Liverpool for a match of my favorite club and before the game I went to a local cafe. To while away the time, I opened
21LuckyBet, which I had recently read about. I made a couple of bets, not expecting anything special, and suddenly I caught a big win! That evening, luck was not only on my team's side, but on my own as well.
Now Kenyans have a cool opportunity to take advantage of a cool opportunity to play on https://1win.or.ke/, an application that allows you to bet, play online casinos or do other useful things. The design there is simply amazing and will allow you not to get tired of the games and there are very good bonuses for registration
I'm no expert but sometimes one's mental health is connected to one's physical health. Too much screen time , too much in doors one's body and mind becomes sluggish and it's easy to lose concentration.
Think to go for a walk twice a day for half an hour . Do some stretching drink plenty of water .
you will feel more energized when you go back to work/study.
And remember dont take the illusion too seriously ;)
I understand how challenging it can be to regain focus and motivation, especially with exams approaching. It's common to experience periods of distraction and procrastination, but it's important to remember that you can overcome this. Sometimes, seeking help can make a significant difference. For example, using a criminology assignment writing service can lighten your load, allowing you to concentrate on other important study areas. By breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps and setting clear goals, you can gradually rebuild your discipline and get back on track. Stay positive and remember that it's never too late to make a change. You’ve got this!
Thankyou Mataji 🙏🏻
Hare KRsna Prabhu,
PAMHO.
What made you distracted?
There is no choice, exams are close. So you have to study and do well.
Maybe you tie up with friends, so that you discuss on daily basis how much each has studied everyday. This could be short 15 min call at a pre set time. This way you will be able to keep pace with your peer group.
What is the reason for demotivation and for distraction? That has to be addressed. If no time, then simply get to studying. Later we will analyse and see how to help you.

Hare Krishna
It's not necessarily a thought can be positive or negative. It is just a thought, we assign them labels according to what we believe about ourselves and the world. The point is, controlling the mind is not possible. Because essentially what you're doing is forcing the mind to fight itself. The mind is a hard-wired machine, it only knows how to operate in one way.
Take it from me, I have studied philosophy for years, how to fight the mind and how to control it. Funny thing is, one day I will find a philosophy piece to be so wonderful, I will be convinced that day, and be happy. The next day, the same stress comes back, and I have not found the strength to accept the same philosophical principle again.
I'm not saying philosophy doesn't work in managing your mind. But if something doesn't work, you should try to approach a different solution at least for now.
Personally, I would recommend you explore meditation. The idea, "if I just sit here, all my problems will get sorted?" No, I am not saying that. I'm saying, regardless of what happens in your life, you're gonna be better equipped for it because you have trained your mind to respond from a state of conscious silence rather than a compulsive response out of fear or sadness.
Meditation has also been proven scientifically to reduce stress and depression. It's helped people with anger issues because when you center your mind in the silent space between your thoughts, any response you make within yourself and the world becomes 100% a choice, it's either you respond or you sit in absolute silence.
So I would strongly recommend you try meditation or pranayama. Isha Sadhguru is a good starting point for beginners for meditation, it's helped me a lot as well. If that is not your cup of tea, there are other books, videos, and schools that teach pranayama (breath control) and other meditations. Certainly give them a try before you drop it.
