I am totally aware of the fact that meat-eating is a violation of 1 of the 4 regulative principles and I don't support such activities in the following question below.
In Islam, they are encouraged to eat meat as they justify from the Koran that Allah has allowed them to do so by following a procedure of Halal in
which an animal is humanely tortured in the slaughterhouse. As a permissible procedure of the Islamic method of Sacrifice, it's not a sin as per Islam.
Therefore, will Muslims eating meat get Karma for this even though they are sacrificing the meat to their God?

Please provide the exact reference. And NO, videos of Zakir Naik or whoever is not a valid reference.

Need references that make it permissible

Hare Krishna,
In Chaitanaya Charitamrita adi leela this discussion is delt with. When Sri Chaitanaya Mahaprabhu comes to Kazi's place to discourage him about meat eating and cow slaugtering.
According to Vedic civilization, there are seven mothers, of which the cow is one. Therefore Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu challenged the Muslim Kazi, "What kind of religious principle do you follow by killing your father and mother to eat them? ( CC adi 17.154 purport)
In our Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement, our first provision is that no one should be allowed to eat any kind of flesh. It does not matter whether it is cows' flesh or goats' flesh, but we especially stress the prohibition against cows' flesh because according to śāstra the cow is our mother. Thus the Muslims' cow-killing was challenged by Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
Muhammadans also, they have got some principle for animal slaughtering. You know, those who have read Koran, the Muhammadan religion allows animal slaughtering once in a year. It is called koravāni. And they can slaughter animals in the mosque.
In any religion, formerly, even the Muhammadans or Hindus or the Jews, they used to kill one animal as sacrifice. There in the Koran, the injunction is that "You should sacrifice one animal in the mosque." The Jews also, they sacrifice animal in the synagogue. (Lecture on SB by Srila Prabhupada ,1974 Hawaii)
"Therefore, his first commandment is "Thou shall not kill." Am I wrong or right? Eh? That was his first impression, that people should stop killing. So who is Christian? Everyone is violating this first commandment, what to speak of other commandments. Everyone. So it is very difficult to find a real Christian. But if you violate the commandments of Christ, then what kind of Christian you are? This is our question. Who will answer this?"
Vedas says that "You can eat meat, but..." Not only Vedas, in other scriptures also. The Jews also say. The Mohammedans also say that you can kill in the synagogue or in the, what is called, mosque, one animal. But not slaughterhouse. No religion prescribes that you open slaughterhouse.( Morning walk Dec 6, Los Angeles).
You cannot open slaughterhouse giving reference to the Vedas, or any sacrifice either. The Jews, and everyone, the Muhammadans, they also make sacrifice. One day in the year they sacrifice. It's not that they recommend open a slaughterhouse.( Morning walk 1976 conversation).
Therefore Lord Buddha propagated ahiṁsā. Ahiṁsā. Because he saw the whole human race is going to hell by this animal killing. "Let me stop them so that they may, in future, they may become sober." Sadaya-hṛdaya darśita: Two sides. First of all he was very much compassionate, that poor animals, they are being killed. And another side, he saw "The whole human race is going to hell. So let me do something." Therefore he had to deny the existence of the soul because their brain will not tolerate such things. Therefore he did not say anything about the soul or God. He said that "You stop animal killing."
Compassion for animal suffering or suffering for others should develop from within, it should not be inculcated just because someone is preaching not to kill animals or someone said fear God. You will face hell or you will become the same animal and suffer in next life. Not out of fear of God, Not out of fear of Hell, Not out of fear of getting a low birth in animals in next life. One must become compassionate for that One must stop killing animals and eating animals. When we eat animals our brains become dull and confused and ignorance prevails and we take wrong decision and fall more and more into a darkness. If you stop eating non veg stuff your mind becomes clear and your intellect takes right decisions.
Muslims or for that matter hindus also who are eating meat just for satisfying their taste buds cravings.. will surely 100% land in hell and suffer and get a low animal birth to suffer the same torture and pain that they gave to the animal.
Hare Krishna.
Thank You So Much!
One day I saw in one of the videos of Zakir Naik and he showed a verse in Koran which says that Flesh is made for them to eat and enjoy. I am not sure how to counteract the given statement.
Not that I am justifying or supporting Islam, but instead how to counteract this thing above^^^^^^

That raises a good question. Prabhupada often said that all religions that lead to god are good, if followed unadulterated.. Muslims, Jews, and Christians all have rules on meat eating. For that matter, even jesus ate meat... so... yeah, good question.
I know my personal opinion on it, but not sure of ISKCON's position. Hopefully someone else has a good answer.
Also, Prabhupada said that in the Bible, it's forbidden to consume meat as a verse goes, "Thou shalt not kill" However, for their sense gratification, most Christians ignore this verse or try to give adulterated explanations to justify their sense of gratification in the name of religion.
Yes, Prabhupada said that... but even jesus ate meat, though. Half his disciples were fishermen.
oh!
Can you ask someone to answer?
I don't really know how to approach people to answer this
