Hare Krishna, Is ISKCON following Gauidya Sampradaya? Then why is that they are different from Gaudiya Math?
Please clarify what is is what. I am confused. What is this Gaudiya Math? How did they get separated from ISKCON?

Yes, Iskcon comes under Gaudiya Sampradaya
Then why is that they are different from Gaudiya Math?
Iskcon was started in west US and is an international society. Iskcon was started based on instruction of founder of Gaudiya Math in the west. Gaudiya Math is largely confined to 3 states - Bengal, Orissa & UP.
What is this Gaudiya Math?
Gaudiya Math was started by HDG Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur.
Iskcon was started by HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.
HDG Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabupada is disciple of HDG Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur.
HDG Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur instructed HDG Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabupada to start Iskcon in the west.
How did they get separated from ISKCON?
They didn't. Iskcon and Gaudiya Math were started seperately decades apart.
