My body weight is 100+ now, I need to prioritize exercise, as I realized I can not reduce food beyond a limit.
My friend goes to a gym in the morning 6-7 AM, I have joined the same gym and going with him.
Now I need to ask. Usually, we would have 12 rounds completed till 7 AM.
After this new schedule, I have just 3-4 rounds till 7 AM.
However, just in 1 week, I have lost 2 KG body weight.
I had been prioritizing chanting always, and going to gym whenver I find time. However, I can not find a dedicated one hour time throughout the day. I get like 15-30 mins types.
Considering the situation I can do chanting throughout the day, but gym can be done only in one hour stretch.
Hare Krishna please guide me, as a Grahastha we need to make such adjustments. Hope I am doing the right adjustment according to my life.

1 round takes about 8 min let us say 4x8= 32 min
8 rounds takes about 60-64 min.
If you get up around 5 am
5 am -6 am you could easily do 8 rounds
because you are currently morbidly obese.. Health risk is there so now you have to go to gym.
night before going to sleep can't you spare a 30 min or one hour? you could do the rest of the chants by night if you can adjust
As losing weight is most important right now.
100KG plus means it requires immediate attention.
can you do some chanting like 8 min here and there in the afternoons and rest of all just before going bed could be easily completed.
8 min breaks in between job here and there you could try
