Ekadashi Fasting

Humble obeisances to all devotees,I want to know the importance of Ekadashi fasting,i want to know all the rules need to be followed while fasting on that day,also what are all the days one can do krishna concious fasting...

If I engage in some austerity by myself I may become hardhearted. If I follow the process of bhakti yoga as given to us by Srila Prabhupada and fast on the Ekadasi, rise early for Mangal Artik, chant sixteen rounds and stay in the association of devotees I increase the likelihood that I will become softhearted as I develop love of God rather than some yearning for personal power.

One should fast on Ekadashi as its the most beneficial day to devotees for ridding one of any sins.
