I watched few of Swami Mukundanada's (JKYog) lectures on youtube. I found them very identical with ISKCON except one thing he says that we can choose any form of the Lord as our Ishta - Durga, Shiva, Vishnu etc. Here is the attached video link where he explains the logic behind it.

Is it okay if my closed one at home dedicates all results to Hanuman Ji and meditate upon Hanuman Ji only saying that they resonate more with Hanuman Ji ? The person likes to read Swami Mukundananda's Bhagavad Gita for now.
Second part of my question is how to convince them to worship Lord Krishna ? Please give scripture based answers along with verse numbers.

This is THE MOST IMPORTANT difference. From a distance fake gold and pure gold may look alike, but the difference is oceanic. Requesting you to kindly read/listen to words of Srila Prabhupada.
Choosing any form for worship is not correct advice.

No need of trying to convince anyone, unless they ask. At best we may be able to inspire.
If you worship lord Sri Krsna with devotion, then by Sri Krsna's blessings, they will be able to observe your sincerety and will be inspired.

For the first answer, yes I have listened to Srila Prabhupada. There is difference in all the forms. Supreme Personality of Godhead is only one.
