Of course, the difference is, however, that through bhakti yoga one is protected from the tendency to use those powers for some short term limited material gain. That's why we say bhakti is topmost.

  Hare kishna prabhuji! Thanks prabhuji. Before i was thinking only those who practice mystic yoga only had mystic powers. But i c nw devotees are even more powerful than yogis.
