Desire in spiritual world

Hare Krishna,Here in the material world living entities have desire for sense gratification. In spiritual world are the living entities completely free from that desire? will they be only hankering to satisfy Krishna's senses?

Here is a nice example of variety in Goloka Vrndavan .

Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī gives the following information about the transcendental cows of Vṛndāvana:

"For each of the four colors of cows—white, red, black and yellow—

there are twenty-five subdivisions, making a total of one hundred colors.

And such qualities as being colored like sandalwood-pulp tilaka [speckled] or having a head shaped like a mṛdaṅga drum create eight further groups.

To count these 108 groups of cows, distinguished by color and form, Kṛṣṇa is using a string of 108 jewel-beads....
"Thus when Kṛṣṇa calls out ‘Hey Dhavalī [the name of a white cow],’ a whole group of white cows come forward, and when He calls ‘Haṁsī, Candanī, Gaṅgā, Muktā ‘and so on, the twenty-four other groups of white cows come. The reddish cows are called Aruṇī, Kuṅkuma, Sarasvatī, etc., the blackish ones Śyāmalā, Dhūmalā, Yamunā, etc., and the yellowish ones Pītā, Piṅgalā, Haritālikā, etc.

Those in the group with tilaka marks on their foreheads are called Citritā, Citra-tilakā, Dīrgha-tilakā and Tiryak-tilakā, and there are groups known as Mṛdaṅga-mukhī [mṛdaṅga-head], Siṁha-mukhī [lion-head] and so on.
"Thus being called by name, the cows are coming forward, and Kṛṣṇa, thinking that when it is time to bring them back from the forest none should be forgotten, is counting them on His jewel-beads." (Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 10.35.18-19 Purport)
    Hare Krsna

Hare Krishna Sanjay Bailur Prabhu, please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
Whole Srimad Bhagavatam with the purports of Srila Prabhupada is about Spiritual World and Krishna's activities with His Devotees. At the same time You may learn huge amount of knowledge: vedic science, even medicine, astronomy, astrology, how to live, how to be...everything is explained.
i say from my own experience, that those books really opened my eyes and helped so much that never ever i do not want again be in my previous ignorant condition.
also here is the Nectar of Devotion : http://ebooks.iskcondesiretree.info/index.php?q=f&f=%2Fpdf%2F00...
which includes everything about Devotional service, our association with Krishna, rules and regulations...
i looked to Srimad Bhagavatam in Krishna.com but unfortunately they removed them from that web site, but i have them in my computer. If You want i can send them to Your e-mail. just let me know.

Hare Krishna dear Devotees, please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
Soul's only act in this world is only desire. Soul desires and 3 modes of nature, Demigods do all other actions according to that desire. Soul desires to hold up hands, Demigods do that in action...
Soul has its original senses: ears, eyes, tongue...but those senses are covered with 23 material elements. Material senses: ears, eyes...5 gross elements...soul always desires, it is not possible to stop the desire. And original desire of a soul is to make happy Krishna Supreme Husband. By doing so the soul itself feels immensely bliss. Because the soul's nature is to love and to bring happiness to Krishna by serving.
As like a doctor's nature is to learn and to help people, by following his own nature doctor is very happy and satisfied. But if we force a doctor to wash pots or to be a taxi driver or a tailor he won't be happy.
Or mother is very happy to take care of a child, even child's stool seems to her something priceless, or child cries she does not stop to serve to him because it is her nature to love and to serve to her child. But father's nature to give knowledge, to maintain but not to wash his stool....or something like that.
In this way soul's nature is to serve to Krishna with love and devotion.
But now it is covered with false ego which says "i" and "mine". False ego gives false understanding. When we have true ego then we will really understand that only serving to Krishna we can be happy.
To hanker to satisfy the senses of Krishna? yes, because Krishna is also not a someone without senses and qualities. He as a Person also answers with the same answer. In Spiritual world there is fight between Devotee and Krishna: who will serve to each other better.
As like Gopis seeing Krishna become very beautiful, seeing Them Krishna becomes more beautiful in order to make Them more happy, seeing that Gopis become more beautiful in order to make Him more happy...
Or Krishna with His Friends steals butter. But trying only little butter He starts to give all the butter to Monkeys, Gopas...to make Them happy :-D
Or once Fruit seller Mataji was crying out: "Buy fruits!! Buy Fruits!!" the price was some rice grains.
there was not anyone in the home but little Krishna wanted so much to eat fruits. He took some rice with His tiny hands and ran out to her. Seeing His beauty she took the grains and gave everything from her basket to please Him. Little Gopal became very happy and left to home, then Mataji saw that her basket was full for gold and jewelry.
    ....
completely free from desires? no, completely over full with desires. Sometimes they want to expand themselves in order to serve to Krishna in different forms, in every second. As like Lord Balaram becomes His towel, ...
    Your servant,

As Srila Prabhupada says that to try to satisfy

Dear devotee Hare Krsna, In the material world the conditioned souls are covered by the 3 modes of material nature.
In that condition of forgetfulness of their soul they feel sense pleasures the ultimate goal of life
By spiritual practices and full engagement in KC we come to the brahma bhuta platform of spiritual identification where there is no more material desires due to false ego.
    What is it like?
Well we have experience of material sense gratification and we tend to think spiritual life must be devoid of such 'material pleasures and miseries.
Due to a poor fund of knowledge we imagine they must have no sensual desires at all.
Therefore there is the tendency towards impersonal liberation devoid of all variety and merge into the bliss of impersonal oneness, brahmananda.
But by the grace of the Supreme Lord the devotees are attracted to something so superior that they deride such impersonal oneness and even consider such liberation as hellish.
The happiness derived from devotional service to Krsna gives a bliss hundreds and thousands of times greater than the bliss yogis experience in the trance of samadhi on impersonal brahman.
The devotee is in a trance of ecstatic love for the Lord.
In such trance like state of devotion the devotee perceives Krsna through his purified senses and mind.
They desire to serve Him with intense and pure love as a servant a friend a parent and as a lover.
For this the spiritual nature provides the suitable body abode and associates made of purely spiritual elements of sat cit ananda.
Above the 3 worlds there is the spiritual land of Vraja filled with countless varieties of wonders.
Beautiful forests hills and mountains surrounded by rivers streams and waterfalls and lakes full of blooming lotuses.
There are houses and palaces built of gems. And all variety of cows deer and other animals are roaming about.
The resident are engaged in their occupation of the varna ashrama and everyone is fully satisfied.
They milk the cows and farm the land and cook so many amazing foodstuffs.
While working they only think of when Krsna will come back from herding the cows.
They only desire to see Krsna along with His friends.
You can read the Krsna book which is from the 10th Canto of Srimad Bhagavatam for more about this spiritual variety.
    Hare Krsna.
