If that girl (even if she was a butcher in her previous life) would have called(or remembered) Krishna just once for help , I am pretty confident Krishna would have come or planned something for her help just like he helped Draupadi.
The problem is how is it even possible to think of Krishna (even once) in a such a pain or critical condition unless and until we keep remembering him every now and then.
Even though I chant Krishna's name daily I have noticed that when I am in sudden shock or pain (like something heavy falls on your feet), instead of saying "Oh Krishna or O God" I end up saying "Ouch".
Then imagine how difficult would it be to remember God even for help when you are in extreme pain or mental shock.
What else can we blame on then ,other then karma if that innocent girl didn't ask God for help.
No matter how sinful one is , if you surrender and remember God for help , there is no question on why he should not come.
Please do not take any offense.

i want to answer ..bhagwaan sabki help karte hai... aaj se pehle dwapar mein Draupadi ka cheer haran hua tha tab krishna aaye the kyuki draupadi bahut jyada spritual advance thi.... aaj kal koi spritual advancement nhi karna chahta but all want material advancement....dhoop batti har koi karta hai...uske peeche bhi desires hoti hai... so pehle spritual advance bano then krishna aayenge.....we cant say ke wo kyu nhi aaye,... wo sabko pyar karte hai... us ladki ko to movie se pyar tha...jo raat ka show dekhne gyi.... main kisy par ungali nhi utha raha but i want to say if you think that we are child of lord and lord loves us... then it is our duty to love lord also
