Hare Krishna dear devotees. My dandvat pranam to you. Request you to refer to Bhagavad Gita
chapter 18 text 71.
sraddhavan anasuyas ca
srnuyad api yo narah
so 'pi muktah subhal lokan
prapnuyat punya-karmanam
Translation
And one who listens with faith and without envy becomes free from sinful reactions and attains to the planets where the pious dwell.
In the last paragraph of the purport section Srila Prabhupada has written
The word punya-karmanam is very significant here. This refers to the performance of great sacrifice. Those who are righteous in performing devotional service but who are not pure can attain the planetary system of the polestar, or Dhruvaloka, where Dhruva Maharaja is presiding. He is a great devotee of the Lord, and he has a special planet which is called the polestar.
What do the underlined words above mean? Does "not pure" mean that those in any of the 3 modes of nature performing KC will still attain Dhruvaloka or is there some other meaning? kindly help.

Hare Krsna Romitji. This has been explained in chapter 4
One is understood to be in full knowledge whose every endeavor is devoid of desire for sense gratification. He is said by sages to be a worker for whom the reactions of work have been burned up by the fire of perfect knowledge.
So you want to be a brahmana and never tell a lie? But for others lieing is part of their job and when they dove tail their work for Krsna's service then they dont become entangled. I may be working in a factory with other workers but Im not the same as them. They are thinking they will get paid and then spend the money for their sense grat. But I am thinking how Ill spend the money for Krsna. As far as working without ever telling a lie that is material piety. Yudhistira was a strict follower of this ideal morals but Krsna asked him to lie. And because he refused he had to see hell. Try to understand, Even always telling the truth has got some fault. But when you give up your desires and surrender to Krsna then and only then do you become perfect.
Therefore, O Arjuna, surrendering all your works unto Me, with full knowledge of Me, without desires for profit, with no claims to proprietorship, and free from lethargy, fight.
jai shri krishna..
The material planet we are living in is forcing us to live a materialistic way of life. But if you do it in the benefit of Krishna, you will be free from Karma. What Prabhupada is saying is that a merchant can only stay in business at times by telling lies but that doesn't mean it's an ideal thing to do and he will accumulate Karma. If you were in business which would further the cause of Krishna Consciousness then you would not have any Karma. If the merchant were to make Krishna his Ceo. or owner and gave from the business a certain percentage to His/Krishna's cause.. that would be alright as Krishna is the Boss. Same rule apply when killing plant etc.

Jai Shri Krishna..
"That is the perfectional point. When a particular type of occupation is performed for the satisfaction of the Supreme Lord, all the defects in that particular occupation are purified. When the results of work are purified, when connected with devotional service, one becomes perfect in seeing the self within, and that is self-realization."
I believe what Prabhupada is saying is that to absolve ones self from the imperfection of material nature in which we are forced to use impure methods is to do it in Krishna's benefit. Just like when we have to kill a plant in order to eat to live.. we are absolved from this killing when we offer it to Krishna then we are free to eat it as prasadama. I believe that by now you have the point, that inevitably you will commit sin but when you do it in favor of Krishna, you'll be absolved. Please don't apply this to butchers, etc. They will go to hell because in no way can they benefit Krishna from such work.
