In general, followers of the Hare Krishna movement prefer to avoid any form of intoxication, including alcohol and caffeine, as it is believed to have a negative impact on spiritual practices and the mind.
Regarding cold drinks, it is advisable to check the ingredients list before consuming them. While some beverages may not contain caffeine or alcohol, they may contain other ingredients that are not considered suitable for devotees.
As for Sting, it is a caffeinated energy drink and therefore not recommended for consumption by followers of the Hare Krishna movement.
Regarding 0% alcohol beers, while they may not contain alcohol, they are still made from grains, which are not typically offered to Lord Krishna. Therefore, it is best to avoid them as well.
Ultimately, it is up to the individual to make informed choices about what they consume, keeping in mind the principles and values of the Hare Krishna movement.

According to the teachings of Srila Prabhupada and the Hare Krishna tradition, all types of intoxicants, including caffeine and alcohol, are prohibited. Therefore, drinks such as Pepsi, Coke, and Sting, which contain caffeine and other stimulants, are not allowed. Similarly, 0% alcohol beers, which are made from barley but still contain other harmful ingredients, are also not recommended for consumption.
Instead, it is recommended to consume natural and healthy drinks, such as water, fresh fruit juices, and milk. These drinks provide essential nutrients and hydration without any harmful side effects. As Srila Prabhupada taught, we should focus on nourishing our bodies and minds with pure and wholesome foods and drinks, in order to develop a strong and healthy spiritual life.
Hari Bol wonderful answer Prabhuji..

It is true that natural drinks are generally better for our health than artificially flavored drinks. While Sprite, 7 Up, Banta, and Ginger Ale may be safer options than other soft drinks, it is still important to be mindful of the ingredients and potential health effects of these beverages.
In general, it is recommended to consume water and natural fruit juices instead of sugary or artificially flavored drinks. This is in line with the principles of ahimsa (non-violence) and satvik (pure) diet that are emphasized in the Vedic scriptures. Hare Krishna!
