Q. What must be the Qualification of a Grhastha Devotee to read all the puranas shastras vedas and many other scriptures or books written by our great vaishnav acharyas .

One qualification you need that is humblness. Humbleness to accept what the aacharyas' have presented us in these scriptures and they are very potent and... Without questioning accepting with faith and trust that our Mentor / guide and He will surely make us cross the bhavasagara and take us back to Godhead. This must conviction you must have. If you have this humbleness you can read puranas. Basically you must believe in the author of the books!! trust his words. If you lack trust and faith there is no humbleness also. Then you reading become mere reading you will not be able to go into depths to understand the philosophy as you have no belief also in the person who wrote the scripture or translated the scripture. isn't it?

To read Vedas one must be a disciple of Brahmana guru and learn how to read vedas from that guru.
To read shastras like Vastu Shastra, Jyotish shastra, ayurveda which more like skills there are no restrictions. But there is no guarantee that one who reads on their own will actually learn it completely. If someone wants to really be an expert in these then they have to learn and practice under a guru who is an expert. That guru need not be a brahmana, but he must be an expert in that. Self study of these shastras is one of the causes why there are so may self declared experts in these skills.
To read Puranas there are no restrictions on varna or ashrama. But one needs to be free from hypocrisy and ulterior motive. For example Westerned would read purana and misinterpret it deliberately. There are many people who twist the real meaning or message of Purana. Some people look for loopholes and make fun of it. Some people use it for their own political or monetary agendas. One must be free from all such dirt to truly benefit from study of Puranas.

In Kaliyuga, it may be difficult to read all the scriptures. The order we are told is - Bhagavad Gita, then Srimad Bhagawatam, then Chaitanya Charitamrta. One can read small books of Srila Prabhupada while reading these.. Once all of these are done, then proceed towards Brhad Bhagawatamrta, Sad Sandarbhas and other books of Acharyas. THere is no restriction on anyone - whether grihasta or not, to follow the above.
