It is said soul is ten-thousandth part of the tip of hair, but swami Vivekananda said to his brother 6 years before his death that he is going to die about in 5-6 years,he said his soul is getting bigger and bigger that his body was going to burst.how is this possible, can we increase soul's size?

If we can change our consciousness, from material one to Krishna consciousness, or reverse, then our soul can be changed by such peoples theory that soul and consciousness are the same.
Such philosophy should be rejected, because soul is unchangeable :
Is lord Krishna's and our soul same in size, but Krishna's soul more powerful and with more qualities?
Krishna's soul and body are non different from each other, unlike ours.
Secondly, Krsna is whole, unlimited ocean, whereas we are part and parcel of the whole - He is the entire ocean and we are one drop of the ocean.
That is the difference.
Just add that parts and parcels from unlimited, are always unlimited, and the comment is perfect.

SB 7.7.19-20 — “Ātmā” refers to the Supreme Lord or the living entities. Both of them are spiritual, free from birth and death, free from deterioration and free from material contamination. They are individual, they are the knowers of the external body, and they are the foundation or shelter of everything. They are free from material change, they are self-illuminated, they are the cause of all causes, and they are all-pervading. They have nothing to do with the material body, and therefore they are always uncovered. With these transcendental qualities, one who is actually learned must give up the illusory conception of life, in which one thinks, “I am this material body, and everything in relationship with this body is mine.”
If soul is consciousness and if consciousness increase does it mean soul is getting bigger
Soul is not consciousness, because consciousness is state of awareness of the soul .

We shouldn't be too concerned about swami vivekananada's soul.
While living entity is in material world the soul is in a seed or bija form, size of one ten thousandth of tip of hair. But soul has a svarupa, which is not manifest in material world. When the soul achieves perfection, then soul which is in bija form sprouts or blossoms (like a flower) into a full personality. But this happens in the spiritual world.
