if i were You i would take beads and chant at least 2 rounds of the Holy Names regularly every morning.
also to offer what ever i eat to Krishna first. i mean to eat Krishna Prasadam.
Bhagavad Gita You can find small size for nearly 120 Rs not too costly. If You carry one with Yourself then You can read that even in the trains. i have also such like Bhagavad Gita.
