We have broken uncountable times in many past lives all the rules and regulations. Every lifetime Krshna is giving us chance to make improvement in us. He is most caring father.
Even if you do abominable sins He will forgive.
Look at the hippies they were drug addicts they were doing all kinds of sindul activities but the day they surrendered to Krishna they became devotees and they all have become perfected the they they totally decided to quit and abandon everything which they did previously to take up a new life and started in the path to perfection.
So, keep working towards Krishna consciousness with no fear.
Even if one commits the most abominable action, if he is engaged in devotional service he is to be considered saintly because he is properly situated in his determination. ( 9.30 BG)
