Hare KRsna dear Mataji,
PAMHO.
Firstly sorry for delayed response. Giving the reply after the festival, for future reference.
Fasting for Sri Sri Nrisimha Chaturdashi is till dusk - 6 pm. Ideally, not even water should be consumed. If one is not able to tolerate, then have only water. Next level is to have fruits, milk, curd, buttermilk, juice, dry fruits etc (uncooked prasadam). Next level is to have anukalpa prasadam.
Every year there is this confusion about whether to have grains after breaking fast at dusk or non grains (ekadasi prasadam). What our acharyas have clarified is that where there is big installed deity of Nrisimhadev, like in Mayapur or Ujjain, there it should be non grains, ekadasi prasadam after dusk. Mayapur and areas aroung Mayapur to also follow this.
But other termples, where there is only photo, or small installed deity (utsav murti) of Nrisimhadev, there grains prasadam can be served.
Normally, we are asked to follow the local ISKCON temple.
I hope it is clear now.
Haribol,

THANK YOU mataji , Hare krishna
If you are fasting till dusk or after abhishek (usually around 7–8 pm), then it is ideal to end your fast with Ekadashi prasadam, especially if you have done nirjala (no food and water). That way you maintain your austerity. But if your temple serves regular prasadam and space waves after abhishek, then that is also acceptable to many.

Grains prasad may be consumed at end of fasting on Narasimha Chaturdashi
