Hare Krishna. Lets share ideas on how to chant 16 rounds a day when working on evening or night shift. I was so exhausted yesterday that I only got 3 rounds done. I now have to do 29 rounds today to make up. I had wanted to go to the Temple today but can't because I have to catch up. Anyway, I work night shift and have found that going straight to bed after work helps out a lot. I then try to sleep 5- 6 hours and then try to do all of my chanting from 4pm to 7pm. It takes me 2 hours and 40 minutes to do my chanting. So what about you? What works best  for you with your work schedule?

    Hare Krishna, dandavat pranam!
4-7 pm makes 3 hours n thats more than enough to chant 16 rounds. A senior devotee told me that taking very less or more time to chant a rounds means maybe we r not attentive! You may take 7 mins maximum that takes 7*16=112 mins
Approximately 2 hours, please try to speed up a bit. That will help u alot. And pls don't misunderstand, when I say speed up I don't mean just hurry n not concentrate. By concetrating n chanting attentively allows you to chant quickly n smoothly :)

Yes, I have noticed that everyone else chants more quickly than I do. I do chant, but I am not going to lie and say that I am an "attentive chanter".  Thank you for your advice. I will try to speed up and see if that will help me to become an "attentive" chanter.
