Are the varnas decided as per natural human ability

Jai Sri Krishna. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.Dear devotees, I have this doubt regarding the varna system because I believe for a stable society not every can become a Brahmana or a Kshatriya or a Vaishya or a Sudra. Society needs a perfect balance of all the 4 varnas to function well.We live in a society where earning money, getting a degree from a prestigious university or living a rich lifestyle is seen as a goal. No child gets motivation from their parents for either joining army or police to protect the society. But still we have seen many apply for army or police. Is it because of their natural Kshatriya instinct?Do the varnas have any relation with natural behaviour?Your Servant.

Dear devotees Hare Krishna.  Modern life, education and goals are all based on money.

Then you work so hard 8 to 10 hours a day to get some money and spend it on useless things.

A slave of the monetary system.

But varnashram is not like that.

When the pandavas were living in hiding they took shelter of another kingdom.

The king there asked them what work they did and they were given services accordingly.

They did not get salary but all their necessities were taken care of.

In the varnashram people are valued because they all work together and everyone shares the results.

Srila Prabhupada called it Krishna communism ie everything belongs to Krishna, God.

Life is meant for self realization not working like asses.

So the varnashram facilitates that by providing everyone with the necessities of life with the minimum of trouble so you can devout your time and energy to the ultimate goal of life,  Krishna consciousness.

The work in varnashram is different than the work in modern society because it is centered more on agriculture.

People are not exploited by false propaganda and they are encouraged to be pious and religious.

Because most of them never have to deal with or ever have to worry about money/wealth there is  virtually no crime.

And because everyone works under brahmins and ksatriyas there is no poverty at all.

Modern man has no idea of such a life style.

People of the vanashram are motivated to be the best they can be to please God.

And therefore the best education is given so they can give the best service according to their abilities.

Because there is no need for money they are naturally honest and trust one another.

An intelligent and highly educated person will happily serve  such a society to develop it to the highest levels of art, culture, science and God consciousness, Krishna consciousness.

There will be natural inclination in everyone to do some kind of work and it is the duty of the twice born classes to see what that is and engage everyone so they will all benefit.

Because it is free of greed for money everyone is encouraged to do the best they can do.

Of course mostly people are simple laborers who happily co operate in getting the work done.

Then there is the expert agriculturalists who know when and what to plant and all about the care of the cows etc.

The administrators direct everyone and ensure protection from the enemies who want to exploit and steal the wealth that such a society will have ie cultured and educated men and women.

And the most highly intellectual class of teachers and priests who understand this varnashram and its ultimate goals give guidance and education to everyone.

Such a society is not found in kali yuga but real devotees can do it because they are free of kali.

Kali resides were there is illicit sex, meat eating, intoxication, gambling and gold/money.

    Accumulating money.  Hare Krishna.
