    Hare Krsna dear prabhuji,

    PAMHO.

I have not done Sudarshan Kriya of Art of Living, but I have heard that it is very good, It actually increases the lung capacity of the person. If you have learnt it, please do everyday as an exercise to be physically fit.

To grow spiritually, please continue with Mahamanra chanting and 4 regulatice principles, reading Gita and other gaudiya vaishnav texts, eating only Krsna prasadam and associating with devotees, ekadasi etc.

Art of Living are doing some things very good. We should always endeavour to take the good from everywhere.

    THis is  my limited understanding.

    Haribol,

    Your servant,

    Radha Rasamayi DD

    • Hare Krishna, thank you Anusha Mataji for your suggestion.

I find chanting quality has improved after doing sudarshan kriya. My taste in chanting has incresed. I tend to chant more than 16 rounds.

However the kriya is too calming and i sleep after chanting is complete.

I know devotees that do a 5 minute anulom vilom before chanting to calm their mind.

Idea is to do some exercise that can aid Bhakti.

Earlier I was told by a senior devotee that if you are going to gym, exercise to serve Krishna better. I started cycling to temple and back.

And basically you are right Mataji, idea is not to get swayed away and be better in bhakti. Hare Krishna.
