Dear Devotees, my question is that I saw a video which stated that Hindu Gods are aliens. I got confused as what they said was quite logical. Pls enlighten me

The idea that Hindu gods are aliens is not supported by the Vedic scriptures, which are the ultimate authority on Hinduism. The Vedic scriptures describe the demigods, who are celestial beings with higher powers than humans, but they are not aliens in the sense that they are from other planets in the universe.
Furthermore, the Vedic scriptures explain that the demigods are not the ultimate goal of human life. The ultimate goal is to attain love and devotion for the Supreme Lord, who is the source of all creation, including the demigods. The demigods are also subject to birth, death, and rebirth, just like humans, and they are not eternal like the Supreme Lord.
Srila Prabhupada, the founder of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), explains in his books that the idea of aliens is a modern concept that is not supported by the Vedic scriptures. He writes, "The Vedic literature does not support the idea of extraterrestrial life forms, and it is not necessary for us to speculate on such matters" (Bhagavad-gita As It Is 8.16, purport & Conversations)
Therefore, we should not be confused by such videos or claims that are not based on the Vedic scriptures. Instead, we should focus on studying and practicing the teachings of the Vedic scriptures, which provide us with the ultimate knowledge of spiritual life and the path to attaining love and devotion for the Supreme Lord.

God is beyond all logic. Such videos increase one's ignorance. If one is really interested in being enlightened, avoiding such videos would be first step. Please read Books authored by HDG Srila Prabhupada
