Actually my friend, and I were having a conversation. She said that Lord Jesus has sacrificed his body and took the sins of his people and that what make them love him even more as he gave himself for his people. So, she asked me what did Sri Krishna do for his people like whats driving us to love him. I know that Sri Krishna is so merciful upon these conditioned souls (us), forgives us, loves us takes care of us, thinks about us but i was not able to answer to her question due to my insufficient knowledge. Can anyone please answer as what Sri Krishna sacrificed for us.

1. What did Sri Krishna do for his people ?
Sri Krsna is the Supreme personality of Godhead. Krsna is the God or Supreme father whom Jeseus refers to as "Oh Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name".
Sri Krsna doesn't need to do any sacrifice. He is supreme lover. He loves his children. Having said that Sri Krsna does plenty of things to his devotees. He gave Palace to his poor friend Sudhama even without asking. He gave one wntire planet ro Dhruva. He gave protection to Draupadi and Prahlad. Krsna freed Elephant from clutches of death. Krsna doesn't need to do anything, yet he does so much.
He arranged for milk in the breasts of a mother even before a baby is born. He has made all arrangements for us in this material world to live like we want and even to forget Him. He is providing food even to atheists who deny His existence. One just needs to observe, everything is done by Krsna.
But great devotees don't love Krsna because he does these things or anything. Great devotees love Krsna because he is so loving and he is so lovable.
What Sri Krishna sacrificed for us ?
Krsna has done the greatest sacrifice of sending his dear devotees like Jesus Christ, like Srila Prabhupada to reclaim us fallen ungrateful souls from this material world and take us back to His kingdom. Krsna could blissfully stay in His kingdom with those who love Him. But He comes Himself sometimes and other times He sends His confidential servants to us, to inspire us to Love Sri Krsna.

Show That for the sake of people to protect them, Lord even lifted Govardhan Hill on his little finger ( My little Krishna was only 7 yr old at that time..) His mother Yashoda cried a lot and all people cried a lot seeing HIM standing for 7 days like that holding the hill on little finger...no food no water 7 days.. my my!! You cannot feel Krishna's pain??? . Lord need for die for people. Our Lord can do miracles just by dancing on the hoods of snake.. Kills the piosonus devilish many hooded huge snake Kaliya Nag. This also He did for protecting the people only isn't it. Did He dance on snake for fun??
Didn't Krishna kill all these demons which tried to attack the poor people?? Didn't Krishna kill demons ( aghasura, pootna, keshi, bakasura..etc. so many demons..) suppose these demons where still there now.. Do you think we can survive??? din't Lord make a safe better place for us?
Didn't Lord come down everytime whenever the things went out of control? Has he not killed the Hiranyakashyapa and Hiryanksha, and Bhasmasura, Narakasura.
Only because Lord Sri Krishna never got hurt and bleed to death on cross you people don't recogonize how much My Lord has suffered during lifting Govardhan hill on his little finger. And how much pain Lord suffered while battling with those ferocious demons. Only Because Lord Sri Krishna doesn't cry and complain us His pain or show his bleeding wounds??? I feel Pity my Lord really suffered a lot of pain for making the humanity a safe place free from all these demons.
And Note.. Lord Krishna Promised this also.
To deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to reestablish the principles of religion, I Myself appear, millennium after millennium. ( BG 4.8 verse).
So, when the trouble is is to be solved Lord sends to Earth His Messengers and Prophets ( to spread His message time and again) .. but when things go totally out of control. Lord Sri Krisna will comes.

Krishna is god - jesus is a teacher (guru). Around 300 AD jesus was promoted to god, to try and sell the church better. Nothing against jesus, but they are not on the same level.
Krishna created everything. He is the source of everything. Isn't that enough?
Dont talk to ignorant people who dont know anything about Krishna is my advice. They dont know who jesus is fully yet. They seem to be ignorant (i would say spiritually ignorant Not materailly). My own life I always believe in Jesus because of Prabupada (vedabase Prabhupada mention Jesus so many times, 1000's). So I always liked Jesus. I have a Guru (Krishna devotee pure).
I am initiated by Pure Vaishana in Gaudiya Matha... once in my dream Jesus appeared and asked me .. when will you Serve your Gurudeva?.. I was little surprized but it makes sence Jesus is devotee of God.
