We see Narad muni instructing Dhruva Maharaja the mantra: "Oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya."

SB4.8.54: Oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya. This is the twelve-syllable mantra for worshiping Lord Krsna.

But we are supposed to use the Hare Krishna mah

OMG!!! I got "cured" by going to Harinama!!!!

I use to have some kind of disease telling me I couldn't chant because of my "horribly stressful night shift job". I didn't want to chant so only chanted 2 rounds a day. I kept going on trips to Harinama on my days off because I wanted to have fun!!!

how to increase number of rounds of mahamantra.

how a new devotee can increase minimum number of rounds of mahamantra per day while doing chanting. what might be the easiest, effective and comfortable way for this process. i have just started my devotional life so please help me.
