The living being is by nature pleasure seeking and this is so deeply intrinsic to his nature that once he starts seeking for pleasure, he cannot give up. Once the living being becomes misdirected, that drive for pleasure is so strong that he just does not give up, he keeps on looking because the material energy is a reflection of the spiritual energy which is endless so there are endless varieties. Maha Vishnu Swami joined the Parikrama Party on the 4th day. He is the ‘kirtan man’ .The devotees love him. He doesn’t stop kirtan for anything. Despite of the walking, so much energy is coming from the kirtan. The mrdangas vibrating very far in the fields attracting the mind of the villagers that come with their cameras to film the devotees. HH Bhakti Dhira Damodara Maharaj also led kirtan for the delight of the participants. Everybody loves Maharaj’s ecstatic kirtans.

Parikrama first day plus adhivas in Yoga Pita
After 4 days of wonderful Sravana Utsava festival, blisfull and an amazing 5 days of Kirtan Mela, the devotees finally left the temple room and the boundaries of ISKCON Mayapur campus. For what? To make connections with the old Kalpa Vrikshas trees, the birds, the land, the dhamvasis, having prasada in a open air and sharing the holy name around in the most sacred land of Sri Navadvipa Dham.
