Please advise why you refer to Lord Krishna as the “Supreme Personality” of Godhead. We could just say Lord Krishna or the Supreme Lord Krishna. So why is it that many ISKCON books and devotees refer to Krishna as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Jay

Because you have to attach to something. You cannot become unattached. That is not possible. So, in order to become attached to Krsna or to enter into the devotional service of the Lord, one has to become detached from this material affection. That is wanted. We are some weeks here in the holy land of Mayapur and tried to do extra effort for chanting japa. Along with chanting studied different scriptures dealing with chanting. We have also taken as a daily practice to chant some of the bhajans from Bhaktivinoda Thakura's Gitavali - Bhajan No. 3 starts as follows:
