Yesterday, Monday evening 10 January 2012, His Holiness Bhakti Charu Swami
Maharaja addressed over 200 Kwa Zulu Natal ISKCON Youth-Students at the Sri
Sri Radha Radhanath Temple of Understanding in Durban, South Africa!
An exciting interactive class between Guru Maharaja and the youth took

Krishna is the absolute truth. His beauty is also absolute and eternal. His form is the vessel of pure spiritual energy- eternity, knowledge and bliss and it is therefore beautiful through and through. Material beauty offers momentary pleasure to the sense while Krishna's spiritual beauty touches the very soul of the living being, thrilling him with a pleasure so wonderful that once having relished it he can never give it up. Srila Rupa Gosvami has therefore advised,

Once upon a time Princess Beauty went around the universe to search for a suitable groom, holding a flower garland in her hand. She travelled through the entire universe, but she did not find a suitable husband. With a heart filled with sorrow, she returned to Earth. Here, she stepped into Vrindâvan. Beauty was not aware, that, now the infinitely beautiful and infinitely sweet Sri Govinda had manifested Himself in Sri Vrindâvan. Beauty thought – “I could not find a suitable groom anywhere in t

When Ekadasi arrives, at that time, all of the sins from the three worlds reside in grains in the form of a sinful person.
Whatever sins are available in this world, they all together reside in grains on Ekadasi day by the order of Lord Sri Narayana.

Krsna The Perfect Gentleman never ever stabs someone from behind the back. Best examples are present in Brihat Samita that speakes of omens which people call it as andha visvas(blind faith).
Even before giving us the result of our bad or sinful activities(vikarma’s) that is to hits us. The all merciful Lord sends warning signals of the bad results and also good results are seen through the nature. Brihat Samita is book that speaks of such warnings and signals of the Lord to the humans. It also sp
Any sacrifice performed for some material benefit, with pride, for material welfare, O chief of the Bharatas-know that that is in the mode of passion.
Any sacrifice performed without the direction of scriptural injunction, without any Vedic hymns, without any priestly remuneration (prasadam distribution), and without faith, must be considered in the mode of darkness.

A devotee always accepts his distress as minimized by Gods Mercy; although he would have to suffer many more times the suffering. Any one who accepts this philosophy of Gods Mercy in suffering conditions, and still makes progress in Krishna Consciousness, it is said that he is sure to go back to Home, Back to Godhead.

Hare Krsna,
It's requested of everyone to visit the above given link and to make this movement of world peace aware to one and all. It's high time we brothers and sisters join together to create a world which is huger free and peaceful.
The most essential quality necessary for achieving spiritual perfection is humility. Without humility, no matter how much else one may accomplish in the service of the Lord, one will be blocked by his false pride from spiritual perfection. The living being will not be released from his entanglement within the three modes of material nature and will thus remain in the cycle of birth and death. Therefore we must learn from the spiritual master what is the real meaning of humility.

Question: Can God Be Proven Rationally? -
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In this age, when science has progressed so much in shedding light on the darker areas of ignorance, everything can now be explained in rational terms. How about God? Is it possible to prove that He is a fact? Or should we take science as our God? Since we have grown up in the age of science, we need miracles that are of scientific nature. Do you think God is unaware of that?
Question: Difference Between Krishna and Vishnu |

Please explain me how Krishna and Vishnu are different? |
|||||
Answer: God at Home and God at the Office |
|||||
Vishnu or Vishnu-tattva is the category of the Supreme Personality of Godhead in all of His multifarious forms such as Krishna, Rama, Nrsimha, Vamana, Mahavishnu, etc. This is differentiated from the category known as Jiva-tattva, which is the category we are in as the Lord's separated parts and parcels. Therefore Krishna is the original Vishnu and |

Tam Krishna-padabhinivishta chetasam

Pratyuchatuh pushkaranabha sammatau
Translation: Dhruva Maharaj was always absorbed in thinking of the lotus feet of Lord Krishna. His heart was full with Krishna. When the two confidential servants of the Supreme Lord, who were named Nanda and Sunanda, approached him, smiling happily, Dhruva stood with folded hands,

I am writing this blog to let devotee community know about Krishna Conscious activities going in Ujjain and Indore cities.
Indore is a Tier-2 City of India also know as business capital of M.P. State. While Ujjain is a ancient holy tier - 3 city. Ujjain is famous among devotees since here Lord Krishna took stayed in Gurukul of Sandipani Muni.
Both cities are near to each other and have beautiful ISKCON temples.
People in general are very pious in state and atmospheric for sprea
I have been a devotee for going on 10 years. My family is small, and we live in the city. There are not a lot of opportunities for me to learn how to be the most devout that I can be and, in truth, one of my biggest obstacles was my Ekadasi-phobia. I was just terrified that I would ruin it somehow by using a spice I shouldn't, or that I would forget entirely in the morning and go for my cup of tea.
Terrible, right? 10 years & I have not yet observed Ekadasi. I looked at the beautiful pictu
In the Satya-yuga there once lived an amazing fearsome demon called Mura. Always very angry, he terrified all the demigods, defeating even Indra, the king of heaven; Vivasvan, the sun-god; the eight Vasus; Lord Brahma; Vayu, the wind-god; and Agni, the fire-god. With his terrible power he brought them all under his control.
Then the demigods approached Lord Visnu,
and prayed to Him for help.
Hearing the prayers and request from Indra, Lord Visnu became very angry and said: “O powerful demigods, all
Can i count you amongst those who in life had happiness forever?
Can i count you amongst those in whose life happiness never abated by time?
Can i count you amongst those upon whom misery never touched?
Can i count you amongst those for whom pain and agony was never a part of life?
Can i count you amongst those for whom life was always a bed of rose petals?
I am sure your answer would be in the negative. Never mind. There exists no such people who can answer positively to these introspective questio
The goal of the Bhagavatam is to glorify Krishna. This is important
because Krishna is a special form of the Supreme Lord. That is why in
the list of avatars given by Suta Goswami, he says Krsnas tu bhagavan

We may ask that why is Krishna superior to other forms of God because
God is equal. Just like the example of a moon. The moon is one but

His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, my spiritual master, enacted his life’s activities from his birth in 1896 to his passing in 1977. I knew him for the last eleven years of his exemplary pastimes. But to say I knew him is going too far. I watched him. I listened to him. I talked with him and corresponded with him. I followed him and obeyed him and disobeyed him. I learned from him. I bowed down before him and prayed to him. I loved him, and still do. Through those eleven years
