I heard in HG Mahatma pr's lecture that matajis in US feel offended when they are not addressed as prabhu.. so they are addressed as prabhu and not just mataji's but THAT IS AN EXCEPTION. The general etiquette of our society is to address the other way. as i heard in one lecture EXCEPTIONS DON'T BECOME RULES..

Indeed in the lectures i heard many times Radhanath Swami called as a Prabhu his spiritual God sisters like Malati Mataji, Yamuna Mataji...
Some call respected, senior Matajis as "Prabhavi" some as "Prabhu".
