is it like one start deity worship by keeping the 3 deitys at the at beginning ?

Three Deities: Lord Chaitanya, and Radha Krishna.

Yes i also saw in Kolkata Temple, and also in Mayapur Temple there are These Deities. It is because Lord Chatanya alone is the same Radha Krishna.

At the beginning it is better to worship Gaur Nitay.

Hare Krishna dear Devotees, please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

I heard that we even should not worship Lord Chaitanya alone. But along with Nityananda Prabhu. Why because again Lord Chaitanya alone is Sri Sri Radha Krishna. But when there is Nityananda Prabhu He helps us to serve to Him-Lord Gauranga.

Shri Shri Radha Krishna Deities we can worship if our Gurudev lets us to do so. And if we get second initiated. Or else have really humble desire to serve to Them. If the last one is there then They will Themselves come to us to accept our service.

To worship to Laddu Gopal also requires some regulative principles like cleanliness, offering food regularly, offering clothes...Just we have to know how we approach Krishna His answer also will be accordingly. If we serve to Him with our life and soul then we will also be His life and soul. But if we are lazy to serve to Him and to please Him then He will answer with the same.

I also have a similar question.

How do we know when we are able to worship Sri Sri Radha Krishna?

To my understanding we could never be able to worship Sri Sri Radha Krishna directly. So I have found solace in worshipping Sri Sri Nitai Gauracandra. I love Radha Krishna but I know that I could never be qualified to even come close to them to offer my prayers. I am completely content in offering prayer to Sri Sri Nitai Gauracandra.

Radha Krishna worships demands lots of regulative principle led by Pancharatriki process. Temple provides the process which is not always possible to maintain in home. If can't be maintained then it would be a mjor offence because Vishnu is primeval lord proclaimed in Vedas, so worshipping process to him is also very strict BUT in case of Gaur Nitai they are very merciful , they become pleased if one performs Kirtan infront of them so those devotees who are not always able to perform Radha Krishna worship with proper Pancharatriki Vidhi they worships Gaur Nitai .

This Radha-Krishna lila can be understood by the paramahamsa, liberated soul. We should simply worship… Now we are worshiping Radha-Krishna. It is not directly Radha-Krishna; it is Laksmi-Narayana seva. It is not directly… It is not possible… For conditioned soul, there is no possibility of worshiping Radha-Krishna. But we worship through Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Therefore we keep Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu along with Radha Krishna. By the grace of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, we may be able to understand Radha-Krishna lila some day in our life. (Lecture on Nectar of Devotion, Calcutta, January 30, 1973)
