Why every bengali forces us to eat meat?

i am a bengali.i have a brother ,he is also inclined to KC.everybody including my parents also forces him to eat meat but he dont want to eat.my parents forces him coz he does not eat green vegetables also ,he is now 14 years so as he needs protein as it is his growing age.So,what shld i do?Pls advice me.

                        Thanks for sharing your realization , i pray to lord krishna and all vaishnav for your happy spritual life , mata ji please keep patients and leave all things on krishna , u r true lover and  want to b pure devotee of lord  krishna then krishna will help u as soon as possible please don't worried if any one (Parents) force you for eating meet u just b  humble request with them behave as very simply and talk about krishna in home and friends circles, as possible as chant more and more and read kc's book , May krishna and vaishnav help u soon.

    It is Unfornunate that in land of Chaintanya Maha Prabhu and HG Prabhupada , 90% eat Meat , I have the same issue , My wife eats from child hood and all their previous generation eat how i can stop asking her . Its only by Krishna Mercy Prabhu .

    Chant More , Ask your Brother to chant also , slowly explain him and your family members , they will all will start eating Krishna Prasad  Hari bol
