please accept my humble obeisances to all of you
All glories to Srila Prabhupada, guru and gauranga!
I would like to ask that Why do we really have the less desire to serve to Krishna? why don't we feel that we are gonna die and its really important to save our self and others..What can be done to feel that its rely an emergency decision in our life??

Hare Krishna dear Devotees,
please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
Soul in pure state desires ONLY TO SERVE AND PLEASE KRISHNA. But because it is covered with false ego - first which dictates "this is i am and mine" we cannot accept Krishna as our life and soul. Because we think "I am a master" and everything around is "mine".
Kunti Maharani says that those who have beauty, wealth, fame, strength ...they cannot call out for You with tears in eyes, my dear Lord.
Only poverty stricken ones will come to You with humility and take shelter under Your lots feet.
So in the reality we are poverty stricken anyways. So if it is so then we had to take shelter of Krishna so easily. But the problem is be we are poverty stricken we think that no this is mine and this is I.
So as a solution: that dormant desire will awaken when we purify our heart. Purification of our heart is foremost means removing false ego. And that can happen when we associate with Devotees and render service to them.
Your servant,
Hare Krishna Prabhu, All Glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Please accept my humble obeisances.
simply put Prabhu, we are in the material world enveloped in illusion and false sense of proprietorship. Oddly enough I was thinking about this the other day when I almost slipped in the bathroom. We think we are safe within our own home, but even that is dangerous. There really isn't a safe place in this material world, except for the lotus feet of Krishna.
But to answer your question, Krishna mentions in the Gita that we living entities are going from body to body trying to enjoy ourselves in this material world. When we are so obsessed about seeking enjoyment for ourselves, who can think about serving Krishna (let alone another human being). This in turns sort of makes us fearless of death (not in the spiritual way by surrendering to Krishna, but by pretending to be fearless with false claims of "there is no life after death" or "this is our only life", etc.).. with such thoughts on a single life only, the point becomes to enjoy life to the max... this brings up one very popular question "if you have 24 hours to live, what would you do?"
But speaking from a KC perspective, it's all maya Prabhu. We are entangled so much in this material world that we don't think about death until we have such an experience. And look at the irony, even if we come close to death by slipping or falling or getting sick, the moment we feel better, we are back in the game playing and seeking enjoyment.
As for your last question, I wasn't sure if you meant in a KC way but I'll throw in both: Think about life the other way... take a second and recognize the dangers around you. It's a pretty huge list. Then realize whether enjoyment is really what you want to do. It's like that "if you have 24 hours to live what would you do" question I mentioned earlier. Except, rephrase it: "If death can come to you at any second, what do you want to be doing?" ... materialists will answer materially (sex, sightseeing, etc), but devotees will only answer with Krishna in their hearts, and that's why we chant continuously. To a) remember Krishna constantly so when death approaches, whenever death approaches we can think about only Krishna because we've had that practice and b) to fall in love with Krishna and his names and bring even closer to our hearts despite the long distance and gap between this material earth and Goloka.
So to end Prabhu, If death can come to you at any second, what do you want to be doing?
