The relationship between the two
These truths are not contradictory—they are hierarchical.
"Krishna is all-pervading" is knowledge (GYANA)
"I surrender to Krishna" is devotion (bhakti).
The highest realization is not merely: "Krishna is everywhere."
It is: "Krishna is my Lord, and I am eternally His servant."
This is why the realization of "Vāsudevaḥ sarvam iti" in Bhagavad Gita 7.19 immediately leads to: jñānavān māṁ prapadyate — "the truly wise person surrenders unto Me."
Knowledge culminates in surrender. It does not end with the concept of all-pervasiveness; it culminates in loving service to the Supreme Person, Śrī Krishna.
This is the definition of the mahatmas who are very rare (su durlabah).
After many births and deaths (bahunam janmanam ante), he who is actually in knowledge surrenders unto Me (jnanavan mam prapadyate), knowing Me to be the cause of all causes and all that is (vasudevah sarvam iti). Such a great soul is very rare (sa mahatma su-durlabhah). Bg 7.19
We are discussing the Gopis here who are at the top of the hierarchy.
all pervading aspect of Lord and Vasudevam sarvam iti has lot of different in it. isn' it?
I surrender all of myself to Vasudeva/ Lord Sri Krishna
and everything is Lord----- is there any difference?

This is very interesting because at the same time it is also not possible to perceive the Lord everywhere without complete 'surrender. '
Krsna can only be conquered by the love of His devotees.
He has the right not to expose Himself to anyone or everyone.
The jnanis can never reach Him without surrendering unto Him first.
For those who are not surrendered souls, the Lord is covered by His Yogamaya potency.

All the gopi's already were surrendered to "Vasudevama Sarvam iti" they are already gyani's
I have already mentioned that the Gopis in previous lives were great masters of yoga and thus They already know that Krsna/Vasudeva is everything.
Therefore, there is no real charm in it for Them.
Please read the lines carefully before trying to read what is between the lines.
Gyan means what?
Gyan here means ' transcendental knowledge ' which culminates in ' Vasudevam sarvam iti . '
