Why did Bhakti Charu Swami leave West Bengal and settled in Nasik ?

Firstly, I think you are refering to Ujjain and not Nashik. Ujjain or Avanti(as it was known during Vedic times) is a very important place for Krishna Devotees. It is the very place where Lord accepted discipleship of Sandipani Muni and stayed in his ashram just like any other disciple. Lord is the creator of all knowledge, still to emphasize the importance of accepting spiritual master He did so. Ujjain or Avanti is also important cause it was the capital of Indradyumna Maharaja, for whom we today can receive the mercy of Jagannath.

Secondly, why he shifted base from Kolkata - This answer is as per what His Holiness Bhakti Charu Swami Maharaj has said sometime during 2010(if I am not mistaken) in a seminar session in Kolkata. His Holiness was facing opposition from the communist government in the state at that time, to carry out his vision. And at the same time His Holiness was being invited by the then Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Hon. Uma Bharati, to do some spiritual activity in her state. So to spread the mercy of Srila Prabhupad in the not so explored territory of central India His Holiness started a parallel mission in Ujjain. and as it needs much attention during the inception period, so he had to spend quite an amount of his time in Ujjain. Now that the temple and his Food for life program has become stabily started, Maharaj is again giving time to Kolkata, and also to devotees in South Africa, USA, Bangladesh and all over the globe.

As Maral Maa has rightly said, Sannyasis usually do not stay in one place, rather move around the globe preaching and spreading Srila Prabhupad's mission.

Sannyasis usually do not stay in one place. They travel around the world to preach the glories of the Holy Names.
