Hare Krsna

" In Bhagavata-dharma there is no question of " what you believe " or " what I believe ". Everyone must believe in the Supreme Lord and carry out His orders. Whatever God says- should be directly carried out. That is dharma, religion.
If one advocates the Hindu religion, the Muslim religion, the Christian religion, this religion or that religion, there will be conflicts. History shows that the followers of religious systems without a clear conception of God have fought with one another.
Therefore, one must give up the idea of " my belief " and " your belief ". Everyone should believe in God and surrender unto Him. That is Bhagavata-dharma. "

                • So they start their own religion?smile nice there is one new guy who is starting a new religion these days.

Is that also going on by the sanction of the God.

the Baháʼí Faith is considered a relatively modern religion, founded in the 19th century.

The purpose of posting this discussion was to come to the conclusion that Bhagavata-dharma is perfect.

Everyone should surrender unto the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Sarva dharman paritajya maam ekam saranam vraja...

Abandon all religions and surrender unto Me says Lord Krsna.

The question is not about starting new religions.

It is about giving up all religions that act as shackles to prevent one from surrendering unto Lord Sri Krsna.

If the modern religions like the one you stated or any other faith that induces one to surrender unto the Supreme Lord Sri Krsna,  then it is good.

I was just reading this from Srimad-Bhagavatam:

As stated in the Srimad-Bhagavatam (9.5.16), yan-nama-sruti-matrena puman bhavati nirmalah: simply by hearing the holy name of the Lord, one is immediately purified. Therefore, in this age of Kali, when all people are very contaminated, the chanting of the holy name of the Lord is recommended as the only means of improvement.

Caitanya Mahaprabhu introduced this chanting of the holy name five hundred years ago, and now through the Krsna consciousness movement,  the Hare Krsna movement,  we are actually seeing that men who are considered to belong to the lowest class are being delivered from all sinful activities simply by hearing the holy name of the Lord.

Herein it is said, yan-nama sakrc chravanat: the holy name of the Supreme Personality of Godhead is so powerful that if once heard without offenses, it can purify the lowest of men (kirata-hunandhra-pulinda-pulkasah). Such men, who are called candalas,  are less than sudras, but they also can be purified simply by hearing the holy name of the Lord.

  • Hare Krishna,

    Concept of God is vague.

God for Christians is some light. They don't understand that Light is nothing but the rays emanating from the body of Sri Krishna. bechare...they don't know God yet.

Muslims don't know who is God. As they believe in formless god. their Khuda or Allah is actually Krishna. Bechare... don't know that Krishna is omnipresent as well.

The Bhagwan feature of God only known to Vaishnavas.

Even mayavaadis' who believe in formless nature of God are not knowing the Bhagwan feature of Lord Sri Krishna.

If we focus on the differences between different religions then we will find that they are far too many. If our approach is integral then we can reconcile the differences.

Just to give you an example:

It is stated in John 1 of the Bible:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the word was God.

Now, instead of thinking that Oh! the Christians think of God as some light and they don't know the Bhagavan feature, here we find the description of the Bhagavan feature.  There is no difference between the names of the Lord and God. That is also Vaisnava philosophy.

Likewise,  every theistic religion in the world has some reference with respect to the name of the Lord as the highest truth.

So, basically the core belief system in the glory of the name of the Lord is actually the same for everyone.

I'm merely trying to say that all conflicts can be resolved If the approach is correct.  If we try to see that everyone is a part of Bhagavan and not that his or her belief is different and nothing can be done about it. I hope you appreciate this much🙏

      • I believe in only Krishna. I cannot appreciate those eat cows.

chirstians eat beef and drink wine.

I cannot find any compassion in them.

Most Christians or followers of other religions are ignorant of the real import of their religion. That's why they do so many nonsense activities.

That is why instead of advocating Christian religion, or this religion or that religion, we should only advocate bhagavata dharma as explained in Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam. If any of the principles mentioned in other religions are identical with bhagavata principles then in my humble opinion they should be highlighted so that the real import is not lost and common ground can be established so that the misguided followers of other religions can correct themselves.

I will state only the greatest common factor.

Most Christians, Muslims, Sikhs and Vaisnavas are all engaged in false activities and no one perceives the secret of Sri Bhagavan.
