Lord Brahma says in Brahma Samhita:
Ishwara parama krishna satchitananda vigraha. Anadhir aadhir govinda, sarva kaarna-kaarnam
Lord Brahma is considered Authority, because he is the creator of all in this universe, including Lord Shiva and other demi Gods.
Lord Brahma says we must worship Krishna because is the the Lord of all (Ishwara).
Krishna is the cause of all causes.
