Hare Krishna devotees...PAMHO.All glories to Srila Pracbhupada.I had a doubt about why we dont worship Mata Lakshmi.Mata Lakshmi is thought to be the eternal consort of Lord Narayana who is non other than the Supreme Persönality of Godhead lord krishna himself.But here no one gives any importance to her.??

Lakshmi Mata is an plenary expansion of Srimati Radharani. She is non different from Radharani. Just as Krishna has many expansions such as Narayana, Nrshimsa, Rama so does Radharani. Radharani expands Herself as Maha-Laksmi and then Maha-Laksmi expands Herself as many other Laksmis. They are all consorts of the Lord in different forms. In ISKCON we tend to divert our worship towards the original form of Godhead:RadhaKrishna. It is impossible to worship all forms of Krishna because He has millions of forms. So when we worship Radharani we are also worshiping Lakshmi Ji in Her original form. But in other Sampradyas such as the Sri Sampradya where Krishna is the worshiped in the form of Vishnu, they worship Lakshmi Ji.
Usually karmis worship Lakshmi Ji for material wealth. And She deludes them more by giving them material opulences. In constrast, a Vaisnava worships Radharani or Laksmi Ji as the eternal mother and She provides them with the eternal wealth of Bhakti.
It is explained that the beloved consorts of Lord Krishna are of three kinds, namely the goddesses of fortune or Lakshmis, His queens, and the milkmaids of Vraja called the gopis. All of them proceed from Radharani. The Lakshmis are partial manifestations, or plenary portions, of Srimati Radharani, while the queens in Vaikuntha and in Dvaraka are reflections of Her image. The Vraja-devis or gopis are Her expansions and assist in the increase of rasa, or the divine loving pastimes. Among them there are many groups that have various sentiments and moods, which help Lord Krishna taste the sweetness of the rasa dance and other pastimes. (Cc.Adi-lila. 4. 75-81)
