Gita and Bhagvatam are all spoken conversation between or among persons/ Gods..Obviously this is not spoken into chapters..
So my question is ,
Who first divided this conversation into Chapters?

Maharshi Ved Vyasa has divided it in chapters. Bhagavad Gita is a part of Mahabharat. And the author of Mahabharat is Maharshi Ved Vyasa.
