Hare Krsna, dear vaisnavas.
There is famous story how Brahmaji once went to Dvaraka, and in his converstion with Krsna, Krsna mentally called innumerable other Brahmas and other demigods in many other universes, so they came there, offering obeisances and conversing with the Lord, which made Brahma thunderstruck in amazement.
It is told by Lord Caitanya in CC MAdhya 21. 59-88, and Lord Caitanya MAhaprabhu doesn't mention the source of the story.
The same lila is more briefly described in Laghu Bhagavatamrita (Rupa G.) 5.314-323, giving the hint that it is from Puranas.
I just wonder if it was ever found from which scripture the story comes. I'd be very thankful if someone knows and shares the information.
