I have a colleague who is in her 70's, and since her childhood, she had practiced devotion to Satya Sai Baba, who she has accepted as God, and her daughter from her childhood has been doing the same. If in this human birth she doesnt gets the self realization that Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead then what will happen with her next birth?

After many many births, one comes to realise that Lord Vasudev is the Supreme. Such a mahatma is rare.

Hare Krishna! According to the teachings of the Bhagavad-gita and other Vedic scriptures, the ultimate goal of human life is to achieve self-realization and develop a loving relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna. However, it is also said that one's spiritual progress is based on their level of consciousness and the actions they perform in this life.
If your colleague and her daughter are sincerely practicing devotion to Satya Sai Baba, they may still be making spiritual progress and accumulating good karma, which can lead to a more favorable birth in their next life. However, it is important to remember that the ultimate goal of spiritual life is to develop a loving relationship with Krishna, and those who accept Him as the Supreme Personality of Godhead are said to achieve the highest spiritual perfection.
It is also important to note that the specific details of one's next birth are determined by a complex interplay of karma and divine will, and it is not possible to predict with certainty what will happen in the future. Therefore, the best course of action is to continue to sincerely practice devotion to one's chosen form of God and strive to develop a deeper understanding of spiritual truth.
Hare Krishna Prabhuji,
Prabhuji but Satya Sai Baba and Sai Baba is not even god, devoting our whole life to someone who is not even a god and who is a mere fake magician. Does god accept such prayers?
Hare Krsna Mataji,
PAMHO.
Satya Sai Baba (of Puttaparthi) is questionable. But Shirdi Sai Baba was a saint, from whatever I know. He didnt gather riches either. He died a fakir only. . Both are not God.
If faith is fixed in Satya Sai Baba and person is above 70, not much can be done. The conditioning is strong enough, better not to disturb the faith.
Let the soul undergo its journey before it realises who is God.

Hare Krishna!
It is important to understand that in the Vedic tradition, there is only one Supreme God, who is known by various names such as Krishna, Rama, Vishnu, and so on. Any other being or entity claiming to be God is considered false and misleading.
As Srila Prabhupada mentioned in the conversation you shared, Sai Baba's claims of being God are bogus and unsupported by any real evidence or power. His so-called miracles and tricks are insignificant and do not prove his divinity.
Therefore, it is not recommended to devote our lives to such false gurus or fake magicians. Instead, we should focus on developing a genuine relationship with the Supreme Lord through the process of bhakti-yoga, which involves hearing and chanting about His glories, serving Him with love and devotion, and following His teachings as given in the Vedic scriptures.
By doing so, we can attain true spiritual realization and liberation from the cycle of birth and death. So, let us always strive to worship the real God and not get misled by false claims and illusions.
Dhanyavad Prabhuji.

Lord Krsna says in Bhagavad Gita
Bahunam Janmanamante Gyaanwan Maam Prapadyate
Vasudev Sarvam Iti Sa Mahatma Sudurlabha

She will take few births to come to the realisation that Vasudev is supreme. Until she does, she will keep taking birth after birth and evolving spiritually.
