I am curious when will I be blessed with a guru, who can lift me from this material darkness to spiritual lotus feet of krishna. Does having guru means that we can discuss with him personally? Can we also present him our confusions related to choices in our life? (As many gurus are really busy in spreading the pure spiritual message of lord) Should I have to search for a guru or simply Krishna will do it for me?

It all is in the hands of Krishna. He will arrange when times comes.. The idea came now about guru in ur mind this Idea is also put in your head by Krishna. You can select your guru who you are aspiring for. Find out whom you really feel you are able to connect to nicely.
Even though the guru's seems busy. They will surely keep in touch atleast by emails, maybe personally also. Depends on how much seva bhav you show like serving guru. If you really are following completely whatever you guru says.., and doing everything whatever he orders then you may become his best disciple and you can move closely as personal assistant also. who knows.
Lets wait let time unfold and Krishna will surely show you the path. Meanwhile keep searching. Your search will end somewhere.
How eager you are to meet Krsna shows in how eagerly you want to meet you guru. Because Guru only can guide you back to Godhead.
