Hare Krsna! I was just wanting to know when do we fast - on the start of the day at 12:00 am? Or at 6:00am like the old way? Today is Narasimas appearance day and I just would like to be more punctual. Thanks! Hare Krsna!

Fasting always starts at day break or 6 am, whichever is earlier.
