As described by Krishna in Bhagvad Gita Chapter 8 verse 6
"yaṁ yaṁ vāpi smaran bhāvaṁ
tyajaty ante kalevaram
taṁ tam evaiti kaunteya
sadā tad-bhāva-bhāvitaḥ"
If a jiva thinks about a women he gets a body of a women similarly if a jiva thinks of a men he gets a body of a men. About whom does a jiva thinks of at the time of death that the jiva gets a body of transgender?
